Title: Vance and Hines Cs1's on!
Post by: DexterMorgan on September 08, 2013, 07:06:45 PM
We put her exhaust on today.  The stock muffler on the left side was a pain in the A$$.  Other than that, it was all smooth.  These pipes are so light compared to stock.  They really do sound great as well.  She's gonna ride it for a week or so and see how it feels.  If need be, I will pick up a DP ECU and Hi flow air filter.  Maybe reflash the stock ECU first if it runs funky.  Let us know what you think!!

looking good . . .

regarding mapping, most proly either DP ECU or re-flash . . . stock ECU usually can't handle the extra need for air . . . and trim cannot be reset since it has O2 sensors . . .

The Leo Vinces on my first Monster worked fine with the stock ECU.
The set makes her butt look fast! They look really nice from behind.
