With all the hubbub about GP it seems Tom Sykes winning the SBK championship in race 1 was overlooked.
Both races were snoozers except the last 2 laps of race 1.
I think Eugene Laverty made the best, and most humiliating, pass on Melandri I have ever seen in Jerez's final corner, one lap after Melandri roughed him up with a pretty marginal move.
Lorenzo would never make it in that series. Marquez, on the other hand, would be right at home.
Check it out if you get a chance.
Glad to see Sykes get it after being robbed last year .

+1 as well. Laverty's pass was fantastic! You know he had to be pissed about Melandri's pass, which was very borderline IMO. He would have forced a crash had there been gravel instead of pavement outside the curbing.
I need to get a way to get BeIn or some form of wsbk streaming :\
stoked for sykes and kawi. been a while since '93
Finally..
Then it must be Suzukis turn again.
eh, that was only 2005. they have a few more years
Surely not Hondas?
2014 might could be a good year for Honda if they get off their butts, and they are due. Do you suppose they watch the sales numbers for everyone. Between last year & this year did Kawasaki enjoy any better sales on the ZX10?
