Can anyone recommend the best company to use for motorcycle insurance in Massachusetts? I've called a few and they either don't operate in this state, or they do but don't offer coverage for motorcycles. Suggestions? Thanks!
1st, who have you called? so that we aren't reccomending places you already called. 2nd, I/we assume you have called the big companies like Progressive/Geico/Allstate/State Farm/etc.?
I've called Geico, and Progressive. Those are the major two that I always see the ads for, for motorcycle insurance anyway, and struck out on em both. So I figured I'd ask who other people are using to avoid going all the way down the list.
who is your current automotive/homeowners or other insurance policy with and did you check with them?
Geico........no go
You might have better luck in NEMHA forum........I have arbella. I think they are pricey but i have a local agent i can bug whenever i have problem.
I have Safety Insurance.
My policy runs about 400 a year. I have full coverage and a clean record. I don't ride like an asshat.
2013 EVO $750.00 A year, no tickets for full coverage with high limits. Viking insurance of Wisconsin.

Yup, We get bent over for everything..... >:(
That's cool, I just didn't know if there was one company over the others that was preferred by riders.

Depends. I pay 40% less then you and I'm in CA.
Hbliam, Something to do with location or what you do for a living? Is it a minimum policy? (I went 300k) who the heck are you insured though? I have no tickets or accidents on record and have had a MC license for 32 years. How can it be so much less expensive?

I live in Orange County. Doubt that's the difference. No tickets, no accidents, MC license for 25 years. 1M/500K policy. Its likely due to it being USAA. And I insure two other vehicles and a house.
