This goes back to the DML I remember someone had started to put toghether a turbo prototype kit for Monsters. Does anyone else remember that? I'm just wondering if it was successful and or available. Eichh
It was a supercharger rather than a turbo. The company is VeeTwo of Australia.

Dunno what ever happened to the prototype but here's TOB link:

I'd also like an update to that project. Very cool stuff!

Try these guys, they know about everything turbo. Bill is a nice, helpful guy.
Sorry - I was typing while you we're typing.
BTW, my brother is a turbo wholesaler. We just got him a S2R800, he's looking at what it would take to plumb one in. Stay tuned kiddies.

Not sure who built this, but it seems like a Duc and turbo aren't really meant to be together. Turbos seem betterr suited to I4s IMO, but any engine is easy to turbo if you want to. Just an exh manifold for the turbo, some intake plumbing and a little extra fuel. I think the popping you hear is the wastegate venting to atmosphere, might be good for scaring the shit out of drivers [laugh]
I think turbos would work good on inline 3's [cheeky]
the veetwo kit will be on the market soon... just about ready for production.
eviltwin; the video is Todd Patterson from Wayne Pattersons Ducati, also in Western Australia. http://www.ducatibunbury.com.au/
I think they're gettin something like 180hp outa that thing.
I still have the magazine article review ( in .pdf format) about the VeeTwo, if anyone wants to read it.
PM your email address to me, and I'll send it over. [thumbsup]
