More or less the order of things I plan on doing to my 2002 S4
*replace torn tank air vent hose
*fix low gas tank level indicator/light
*add integrated LED motodynamics tail light
*find seat, seat cowl and CF tail cover that mechanic broke
*replace current headlight with HID and projector lens and have a glass headlight lens
*Bleed my brakes, they are a little soft
*replace brake and clutch lever with shorty type
*get CF side seat fairings
*add scorpion alarm from my previous bike
*replace/mod mirros becaause they move at high speeds ( at 80-110mph, they are RIZOMA)
*see if can replace instrument cluster glass (both are slightly cracked, bought like that)
*re attach the kick stand cable so bike wont ride with it extended.
*Clean her
*buy the cable stock supports so bike stays pretty and not use tie wraps.
*Use engine ice (though she runs better hotter, so not sure)
That should be it.

I will surely be using you guys as a resource.
My first track day was with her, if she rideable I might take her and do one session with her on Nov 17 at West Palm Beach International Race Way.
If you're planning to do a track day, I'd suggest you add servicing the forks and shocks to that list. Most people neglect their suspension and it really does make a notable difference. I was a bit lazy on the suspension maint until I sent off my over-tired shock. After putting it back in, I saw the light!
you right, I think one of my fork seals is leaking :'(
