Someone had posted a few high resolution pictures of their 696. I think it had Termis.. Mighta been a dark. Excellent shots, anyone recall?
Can't locate those pics!
Not to assume, but I haven't seen to many other pics on here, so here's what I have.... I've got the originals on my camera still, about 2x the size. Here's my flickr page:

BTW...Not sure how familiar you are with flickr, but if you want 1024x768 versions, just click the "All Sizes" button above the picture.
Thanks, trying to convince a guy the 696 is a good looking bike, using yours as proof :)
Fight the good fight!
There are 2 things on the 696 I don't like.
The "robin Hood" hat above the headlight and the plate holder.
Both are easily fixed. My buddy on here took off his wind screen and all he needs now is a tail chop and that bike is set! I really like the seating position on it.
Ya...I took my windscreen off, but from what I can tell, the tail chop kit isn't available yet. Any one have one in hand yet?

Because as far as I can tell, the whole tail section is a bolt on piece. I don't see any point in cutting 90% of a bolt on piece off of my bike.

Not to mention the seat lock is integrated into that piece.

agreed on the tail piece.
have you noticed much difference without the fairing? thinking of removing mine as well
actually, i'll be shocked if you felt much of a difference, cause it sure doesn't feel like it's blocking anything
[edit]
man, i hate you.
i was wanting to head out to traverse city last weekend while in cadillac, but never got the chance
No difference at all...that thing is a joke.

I posted some pics of my Pearl 696 here:

i have my front wind screen off right now bc the clips that are sapose to come with it never did when i bought it so there on order. The only thing that worries my is taking a rock or something to the back of the digital guage and breaking it. otherwise i like the look sorta. I have the pearl white so its ok with the black accent there
Can't believe no one has mentioned the fur mod on that blue bike in the first set of pics. Looks like a mold infestation is taking over the bike. Maybe the bike is a giant scratch and sniff. Takes the cake for most aweful bike mod.
Not my bike btw, just something I saw a few weeks ago, had to share.
