Title: Where to find the "spring clips" that hold the h.light ring to the HL assembly?
Post by: Rudemouthsky on December 28, 2013, 12:17:58 PM
Lost em...Ducati has no part # listed for them...scoured VW/Mercedes etc parts sources that sell the same Bosch light...no luck. Anyone?

Good tip DP.

For anyone else that may need these, they are BMW part # 63121357468, $2.96 each.

They were also an OEM headlight on some Buell. When I bought my replacement it was from a Harley dealer in Minnesota.

Yeah, I knew they were on the Lightnings and some others, I'd forgotten about that. Ducati and their shenanigans...called Ducati Omaha and Ducati Seattle yesterday, both of em said the same thing; "I'm sorry sir, when there's no individual part # listed it means you have to buy the entire assembly". Oh sure let me just get my CC so you can sell me some $400 clips, @sshole
