Title: Diameter of the cable relief nuts/gland nuts on our engine/alternator covers?
Post by: Rudemouthsky on April 05, 2014, 07:31:37 PM
Preferably a 900 but I'm pretty certain they are all the same. The holed nuts that the alternator and ignition wiring pass through...mine are chewed up and I'd like new ones but I can't find the part #'s in the parts books. I'm aimin' to get some fancy alloy ones to replace em' anyway.

I'm on the road far away from my bike working (as usual) so I can't measure my own.

Thanks. :)

70310181A is the bit that screws into the case, 067046040 screws into that.

Thanks. I'd still like to know the sizes so I can find alloy replacements though.
