Found out side my shop.

Will trade for a Chrome 1/2 drive ratchet with a 3/8 adaptor and spark plug socket. I think that is the going rate.

Looks like it started life as a meth pipe first. Crack smokers without a legit crack pipe. Sad. Ha!
