Anyone know if these gauges would fit a 2005 Monster 620 Dark? Plug and Play??

AFAIK, those would plug, but playing would require disabling the immobilizer on your ECU via a reflash.
I think there's others here who would know with more certainty.
besides the immobilizer, check your rear brake disk.
the more different its bolts are to a sport 1000 the more off your speedo/odo will be. Itll probably be pretty close being that their both DSS but you never know.
As mentioned, immobilizer will likely be an issue unless you get it disabled during a reflash.
And before you ask, Sport 1000 uses 6 bolts on the rear disc.
What about just swapping out the white face plate and keeping my gauges?
Might want to ping He Man. I know he had a hell of a time taking the gauge needles off.
While you're in there you could also swap in different colored LEDs.

I did that once.
once.
stupid idea, you break the seal and compromise the gauge. water in any gauge is bad, water in a gauge that is necessary to ride the bike is a bloody nightmare. And that's assuming that you can pull the needles and gauge face without breaking anything. A pretty big "if".
If that wasn't stressful on its own, you do all this with a little devil on your shoulder reminding you that if you make the beast with two backs up, you make the beast with two backs up a totally necessary ~1200$ part
I'd hesitate to pull needles until they become loose, or glue those make the beast with two backsers back in hard.
But swapping faces seems like it would work as long as numbers matched up. I waterproofed mine with a little dielectric grease on the rubber seal (may not be the correct stuff, but 20k later with riding in downpours my cluster is still dry, YMMV.)
