I've just finished a full nut and bolt restoration of my 1993 Monster (photo below) :)
I'm interested to know who has the oldest surviving Monster? & how many 93's are still out there? Mine is number 1413 off the production line (built June 1993).

[thumbsup] He must have over 200,000 miles on it by now.

A beauty!
Nice work
BOM?
Good work. Nice to see 'em around.
Some good mods without taking away from the classic style.
Thank you for all the kind comments, I have put a lot of time, effort and way too much money into it. It's a beautiful bike to ride feels like new (I'm still running in the rebuilt motor).
Restoration is incomplete due to the missing FORK reflectors. [laugh]

Not required in Australia ;)
But you are correct it is still incomplete - it has my spare engine in it at the moment (it's a 97 900 SS engine) the original engine has been rebuilt, reassembled and sat on my workbench while I work out if I should just paint it or pulling it a part again to get it vapour blasted. Poor planning on my part, I thought I'd be able to get it blasted once reassembled but no one is willing to do it as it may damaged the engine if any seals leak! [bang]
Bike looks great! Nicely done.

I never get tired of that bike.
The OP's pic reminds me of my '94....
Sometimes I wish I had kept the old girl.
