Does anyone have thier GoPro mounted to instrument panel cover? How is the vibration? The ram handle bar mount Im currently using causes mad vibration and shake recordings.
I've read the rubber version of the ball mount stops the vibrations.
Instrument panel cover is exactly where I mount my gopro on my M1100.
Works fine, vibe free.

Tried that 2 ways and still get vibrations. RAM ball bolted to clamp and mounted to handle bar.

Excellent, I'm gonna throw a mount on this weekend. Any tips on the position?

When you get it mounted, take some pictures and post them here.
I'm going to be riding Skyline Drive and the Blue Ridge Parkway in October and I think that may be the perfect solution for taking pictures along the way.
Would love to join you on the skyline drive. I'm in maryland.

I just used the self adhesive mount, stuck to the central raised part of the lower instrument cover.
