does anyone know where i can get a longer kickstand for a 99 m900? i cannot find one ANYWHERE. will a 00+ kickstand fit?
PLEASE HELP! it seems more difficult than rearsets.
where the fcuk is Cycle Cat???
Do you have the aluminum kickstand with the aluminum mount bracket?
Or the steel/steel?
Either way, you can get a larger foot welded on, effectively making it longer, and less likely to poke through hot pavement.

It is longer, by about 20mm I believe. I have that kickstand and it's nice.

Nice stand, but it won't work for his bike.
Cycle Cat is still around, but they've never made a stand that will work for a '98.

Ahh, I see he has the spring on the "wrong" side of the kickstand.
cycle cat seems to have a sidestand that would work on its website, but they never answer the phone and probably don't make any of that stuff anymore. otherwise i'd order the rearsets too!

He doesn't answer the phone because he's out of business again.

Yay! What could go wrong!
You might check with SSR directly.
Why not just source a used mount on flea bay, then go for the SSR? a newer monster mount will fit the 98 case.
I have a freshly hard anodized SSR kickstand for sale btw.
