although he won't be able to read this I'd just like to thank Jeff at Monsterparts.
He has assisted in so many facets of my meager bike modding.
He has gone beyond the call so many times, whenever I've had trouble (or expense) getting parts shipped down under he has helped. So many facets of my bike he has had a hand in.
It has been a pleasure and I can't recommend him highly enough to my fellow Ducati riders.
I also detect that he is missing our community quite a bit and I'm hoping that once his non-competition clause is finished he will be right over here.
that's all...just a giant THANK YOU to a really good bloke!
Have a great ride!

+1... if that's only how everyone ran their business, customer service wise.

well worthy of our support. [beer]
I too have been looked after by Jeff, Australian businesses could learn a thing or two about customer service off this man.
Great Bloke
Damn Straight, I have been surprised with how many times Jeff has thrown in little bits and pieces as a bonus when I place my orders, prompt service, good advice and a good bloke all round to talk to and deal with.
It scares me to think how much I have spent with Jeff in the last 6 months!

+ 1, Jeff has always been helpful [thumbsup]
Jeff is the man. He is with you after the sale for install advice. Goes out of his way to help!
DITTO
Jeff is great to deal with and he knows his sh1t!
An example to be followed [thumbsup]
I just want to return for more - he makes me want to buy more - probably the best way to create a good customer base.
How he's able to take care of all of us is still a mystery.
Jeff is an evil evil man.

Yes, Jeff is customer service.
Yes, MonsterParts is fantastic. BTW, his store is about 15 minutes away from my house--imagine the temptation.

what are friends for?
I bought some Clear Alternatives turn signal lenses & rear brake lense from MonsterParts a few weeks ago. There was a tiny crack in the brake lense. The only reason I saw them was because the sun hit it just right as I was installing it. I could have used it as is, but was a little disappointed. So I called Jeff and he sent a new one off to me that day no questions asked. He was in the middle of moving to a new warehouse, but still remembered to send it.

SNIP: He was in the middle of moving to a new warehouse, but still remembered to send it.
Oh for the love of god NO!
New Warehouse = Bigger Warehouse = More Toys = Destroyed Credit Card! = Divorce = More Motorbike riding time.
Come to think of it, there is a downside in there some where, Can't see it though. [thumbsup]
+ 1 for Jeff, [thumbsup] great service, ya don't see service like that any more (apart from monsterparts of course)

There are other good ones, PJsParts, MotoWheels, RageMoto, NewEnough, SpeedyMoto, OnCycles, TwistedThrottle to mention a few. Although Jeff seems to be one step ahead.
