Anybody have experience using one of these?

Mention of clamps always reminds me of it, and that I have never gotten around to buying one.
I have had one for about 10 years and if you take mine, I will shoot you in the ass.
I highly recommend it. Once you know how to do a two-wire clamp, you'll just keep figuring out ways to use it and it's very easy once you do.
One thing, don't be chincy abotu the wire -- there is wastage, but not a lot once you figure it out.
Also, if you're clamping rubber hose, you don't need to clamp it super tight. Just tight enough for pressure against the barb. If you want it tight, use a piece of sheet metal around the hose and then clamp the wires on that. That prevents the hose from being cut.
Seriously, I will shoot you in the ass.
I got one a few years ago and its fantastic. I bought a second one that goes in my travel/tour tool kit.
I believe this is the original: http://www.clamptitetools.net (http://www.clamptitetools.net)
