The crowd went nuts.

The hard front tyre didn't work for George, and MM is still chasing his front end issue. Rossi could win a few more this year.

Old guys rule! ;D

...and it wasn't his girlfriends debut. ;)

Yeah I know. She appeared a few races ago and they had a kid awhile back, but Rossi's done a good job protecting her privacy. I reckon they'll be getting hitched soon. Be a hell of a wedding party!

Pity Crazy Joe didn't podium.

Yes yes yes yes!!!  Rossi!!!!!!

Great to watch the track invasion!

Great race! Made my day!   It was great fight with JLo and MM.

Bradl out again.  What team
Is he going to next year?

Crutchlow Atleast finished. I am sure he can't wait to take Bradl's ride

Dovi did a great job.

Marc VDS joining with Scott Redding's is just great news.

I guess the old goat can still be the GOAT when he needs to be. ;)

Something about Rossi winning always feels good... especially so on this one, gotta love the underdog.

I kept my fingers crossed through most of that race. I wold have preferred a straight up fight with MM, but I'll take it.

Meanwhile, Rossi lured Marquez into his ranch for some dirt track racing ... though Marc's manager seems not to be in agreement  ;D

I felt the same too... even though it became the standard procession at the end, I kept on thinking the Jorge's hard front would come into play and he would close up that gap.  Rossi had so many moments this year where he was 1st/2nd and then lost it in the end.

And the crowd went WILD!  Flippin' ROCK STAR!  That has to be confidence boosting and a bit demoralizing for the other guys. When was the last time a winner had such a display from the crowd? Obviously Ago was pleased too. On the home track named for one of his best friends. Doesn't get much better. Oh yeah, the early on dueling was pretty darn good too!

Let's be honest, if it had been any other Italian rider, the crowd would not have reacted like that! Vale is definitely a rockstar and his fans are rabid

It isn't demoralizing in the least for the other guys though. They all know how popular he is, especially in Italy.

Lorenzo was actually grinning from ear to ear as was Dani. Rven they get caught up in the atmosphere that is Misano.

That, and the fact it wasn't MM on the top step.

I think that's half of it for JLo and Pedrosa.

The smile and hug Jlo gave Rossi in park ferme felt real.
The buzzing of the crowd should have made them all feel all warm and gooey.  ;)   Yammy would have enjoyed first non Honda win of thd season. Long way in for the first.

This is like "where's waldo". I see a couple of Moto3 guys and I believe the ginger in the back is Bradley Smith.
