Hideously gruesome I can agree with, POS not so sure but I am kind of relieved that it is hideous enough that I don't need one.
Sorry not even close.

The Buell? Maybe not so much. Lots of people liked them. But boy, with the BMW, you hit the nail right on the head. I've always maintained that was a super ugly bike. Followed closely by a Suzuki B-King. ;D
But.....James Bond did a wheelie on that beemer.
After riding a Beemer like that for a bit I came to like its looks- it is a fun bike and corners remarkably well.
The Diavel may not be to your liking style wise, butt it is a very capable machine and definatly NOT a POS!
You sad butt....
;D

I had a XB9r. Never thought it a good looking bike. It was an ugly duckling from the day a bought it. Somehow it fit my mindset at the time perfectly, twitchy little beast that it was. It was also the least reliable vehicle I have ever owned. I would buy the bastard offspring of a Fiat 850 Spyder and a MG before I ever owned a Buell again.

I'm guessing you don't like it and want some people to agree with you given your two options of 'Yes' -or- 'Yes'. I'm guessing you think it's a good thing then that the Diavel isn't the ONLY bike Ducati makes.
Yay intarwebz!
No. For demonstration purposes:

Or pick almost anything from the "tragically customized Hayabusa" thread.
I bet that bike sounds like a bubble machine.

Apparently it goes like one... 350lbs and 14hp.

:D
I have seen the all black versions and they look mean as shark shit. Very sinister looking with performance to back it up from the specs. If I was a cruiser guy I would get one. Maybe I would consider a 1600cc air cooled, two valver if they made one. Na, I'm not that old yet! ;D
Most hideously gruesome POS ever on two wheels?
Nah.
First off, I rule out customs and concept bikes, as there's folks that can make the beast with two backs up an anvil with their bare hands.
It's got to be production to qualify.

I don't give a fat rat's arse if anybody agrees with me or not ;D
The only available voting options are "Yes" or "Yes" because IMO there are no other possibilities [cheeky]

Oh darn, I thought that this was going to be an OCC thread.
Holy shit, that Bimota really IS bad.....
[puke]
No I think it looks bad ass and its definitely a great ride as I own one in addition to my Monster. But I understand where you're coming from as I've been to Austrailia four times and they're typically about 3-5 years behind in just about everything so you'll probably love it in a year or so. ;)
