Alan and I found a restaurant near our house called The Staggering Irishman. The food is excellent and there are plenty of choices for beverages. The best thing, though, is the place has three pool tables and several dart boards. The restaurant is about the same size inside - maybe slightly bigger - than the The Holy Grail over in Plano.
The Irishman is located in the northwest quadrant of Preston and Frankford so it's easy to get to for most everyone I think.
Sound off if you can make it. Hope to see you there [thumbsup]
traveling on the 6th but can do the 13th....for now.
I would likely be in, Thursdays are usually pretty open for me.

I should be around on the 13th as well. No promises through. I will be in full Nomad mode by then. [Dolph]
I could make either one.
Would love to make it out there to say hi again if I can. 13th might work. Hope to see you all!
OK, cool. Looks like November 13th works better for most folks so I've edited this thread's title to reflect that change.

I don't get in from Denver until 8:30 that night.
OK, so this dinner meet-up is this Thursday at/around 7pm. Trying to get a head count so…

If anyone else would like to join us, here is the Irishman's web site with a map: http://www.staggeringirishman.com (http://www.staggeringirishman.com) It is a good place; Alan and I go there a lot. They even serve food :D AND it's good. And there is plenty of parking. It is basically in the northwest quadrant of Preston Road and Frankford.
Hope to see you there!
I think muskrat will also be available for this now with a recent schedule change.

Noted!
Well, there is a reason I didn't have anything to do tomorrow night, it is my wife's birthday!
So in the interest of self preservation I'll be doing something OTHER than meeting you folks.
Mark
bring her, we'd much rather see her.
Menu looks tasty, will be caging it to prevent frostbite.
