I have a friend who upgraded his 848 race bike to Brembo Monoblocs. As such, he has a pair of 848 stock calipers available.
Would it be possible swap calipers between the bikes without weird rotor offsets, shims or larger bolts? There are some cosmetic issues with my calipers so I'd like to replace if I can.

They are the same split, non-monobloc design by brembo. The caliper mounts attached to the base of the inner tubes are what determine the need for rotor offset. No change and you will see the exact same braking performance from his brakes. 100mm spacing from center to center mounting points.
