Title: will termi exhaust require tuning on M750
Post by: TriM750 on December 17, 2014, 04:50:36 PM
I have a 99 750 with a carbon fiber  after market exhaust. I am not sure as to what kind it is.

Anyway I found a used termi exhaust from a 2001 750.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/251752445008?_trksid=p2055119.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT (http://www.ebay.com/itm/251752445008?_trksid=p2055119.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT)

My question is, Is the above exhaust the correct one for my 99 750. Looks like I will just have to remove the old one and install this one. Will I have to get the bike tuned?

Thank you

If you already have 'slip ons' and the bike runs fine you don't 'need' to tune it, but it will only help to get it on a Dyno.

Cans in the add will fit.

Thank you. That helps. Would these be slip ons?

Not the best photo, but if I'm not mistaken they are probably as good as the Termignonis.

Those cans are as good as what you're looking to buy.
