How many souls can a lawyer steal?
"Wow, man! That's a really rad car, dude!"
"What is it, a Ferrari?!"
A Lamborghini?!
A Maserati!?
<crickets>
"Uh, no...it's a Ford."
^^^^ The Ferrari is the one in the rear view mirror. 8)

Once you start achieving that amount of power and want to apply it properly an automatic makes way more sense. Computer controlled transmissions can now ensure that you don't just roast your tires (unless you want to) or slide it out of control randomly.
Most of the modern supercars that let you turn the traction control off just become basically undriveable without it.
You can't even buy a Ferrari with a proper manual anymore. Machinery can do it so much better than a human. Sign of the times. :'(

Let's not confuse the slushbox in your honda with the crisp joy of the paddle shifters in an exotic.
The ones in the Lambo I took to the track were
really nice.
So where did I mention a Honda? ???

You didn't. I'm comparing the average slushbox with what you'd have in that thing.
They aren't the same beasts and the people whining they don't like it because it's an auto likely haven't operated an auto of that caliber.

Jesus that's wicked looking. Paddle shifters or not, my love affair with the Audi R8 V10 just turned into a threesome.

it doesn't match the color of my iPad case. And for that reason I'm still out
More for the rest of us :D
It does look gorgeous. I've had such a great experience with my Ford that now I would think twice about paying more for any comparable Japanese or European car.
It's also a twin turbo V6. Curious to see how it performs. My DD is an ecoboost V6

These V6 engines performed quite well last year. I don't see why Ford's engine won't.

Holy eff
After I sold the red beast, I had one of the earlier models for a while, too clunky for me, let's hope they've refined it some.
Here you go baby !!
