I've been a fan of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers since 1997.  This is the first time we have received the number one overall pick in the draft since the franchise began.  We've never had a franchise quarterback.  Both Jameis Winston and Marcus Mariota have declared.  Who do you pick?

Picking Winston is just asking for trouble/drama.
