Title: World Autism Awareness Day
Post by: ducpainter on April 01, 2015, 05:57:00 PM
is tomorrow...

It's a topic I have a vested interest in.

It a huge problem.

Choose your own path.

I'm not sure D...

this is an issue that transcends all the typical avenues.

If the current trends continue we won't have an army in the future.

You can relate to that.

I didn't pick the military aspect for any reason other than to impart my concerns to the soldier named kopf...so don't make this political for any reason other reason than it's absolutely political...I'm just tryin' to 'splain to my bro.

Like I said...learn...and choose your own path.

Those of us without children or families that would need our life insurance or estates can leave it to a good organization.

I do what I can to help my next door neighbor, and that's all that I know to do.

This year, they're all high functioning.  [thumbsup]  A lot of social pragmatics.

Dont know much about it. I've dealt with Muscular Dystrophy and  Schizophrenia. 3 cases & 2 cases respectively.  The Latter is also an "Epidemic"

Also Jerks & Assholes but those have been around a long time.

So that being said. What should I know about Autism?

For those of you in So. California, the Dodgers are having an Autism Awareness day on May second.  A portion (I don't know how big of a portion) of each ticket sale goes to "Autism Speaks."
