I won tickets from a radio station last year and got to see him in concert.  It was a great evening. RIP Mr. King

+1

Saw him in New Jersey many years ago.  A seamless mixture of story telling and great songs.  He the consummate performer.

I took my wife to see him before she even liked me. He was always the best live. Not saying she fell for me because of him but it didn't hurt.

RIP Mr. King

A legend in his own time. [thumbsup]

A life well lived, 89 is a fair deal.

RIP.
