(vandalized) NA6 camouflage paint ... yah or nay ?
So, here’s what I found a couple of nights ago, when I got off the work and came to my car.
(http://i342.photobucket.com/albums/o420/ZX750E2/NA6%20Miata/DSC01253_zps1ma2imnw.jpg) (http://s342.photobucket.com/user/ZX750E2/media/NA6%20Miata/DSC01253_zps1ma2imnw.jpg.html)
FYI, this is not the first time, and (unfortunately) will not be the last time.
There’s some sick individual who has been doing this to my car, over the years.
The last time was about a couple of years ago. As a result, pretty much all of the body panels of my Miata are scratched up.
(http://i342.photobucket.com/albums/o420/ZX750E2/NA6%20Miata/DSC01254_zps27y40vde.jpg) (http://s342.photobucket.com/user/ZX750E2/media/NA6%20Miata/DSC01254_zps27y40vde.jpg.html)
(http://i342.photobucket.com/albums/o420/ZX750E2/NA6%20Miata/DSC01255_zpsav49upop.jpg) (http://s342.photobucket.com/user/ZX750E2/media/NA6%20Miata/DSC01255_zpsav49upop.jpg.html)
So, I came up with the idea of doing camouflage paint. Easy to touch up, easy to hide all the damage when it happens in the future. (It will.)
I did the quick google search and found some image.
Which one do you like ?

I am a bit worried, though. If I cover up all the scratches with camo paint, next time it may be cut up tires or soft top, or smashed wind screen instead of scratched up body panel ...
Desert or urban camo looks cool.
Maybe buy a dictionary for your vandal?

One advantage of the camo paint - the poor-spelling vandal might be able to find your car!
JM
Navy digi.
That sucks.

And hit him over the head with it, preferably a Webster's Unabridged. Or mabe feed the vandal some poorly prepared blowfish
As far as paint goes, maybe a mat grey or white would be a good idea. Easier to touch up and you only need one coller
Not possible to install any kinda security camera?
Yeah, I was thinking about that too.
Need to catch the turd and give him a kicking.

I like this. Real easy to touch up.

Maybe he wants to know if you're German and just misspelled it?
dazzle camo, IMO

I don't have anything to add other than my blood is boiling and some of the justice I'm thinking of would make a Spanish inquisitor cringe.
Im thinking electrify your body panels

That's pretty cool.
As a rider in traffic, though, it's my worst nightmare.
Cars in traffic that (according to the wiki link) are painted in such a way that makes it difficult to estimate range, speed and heading.
Sounds safe [laugh]
What about chalkboard paint? Just leave them a few pieces of chalk to write their feelings and dreams.

Another vote for dazzle camo. 8)
Another vote for chalkboard paint.
....or the first camo pictured.
Line x ?
I'm pretty sure chalkboard paint comes in a few different colors...
What about dazzle camo made with chalkboard paint?
