After the install a note popped up after a while in the upper right about whats new. Its a link to this.

On the surface it doesn't look any different than the previous release. It's kind of a yawner, unless you have other Apple devices (phone and/or watch), which I do not.

Otherwise, unlock with watch could be handy and the shared clipboard between devices (continuity) is cool. Siri could be cool if you have a mic. Other stuff seems more an attempt to get you more into bed with their other products like Pay, iCloud, Music and Messages.

The new file system (APFS) looks pretty cool, but may take a while to mature and become fully useful.

Cloud is great. You get 5 gigs for free. 50 gigs is $0.99 a month I think, but even with 5 gigs all your contacts, notes, calendar and the like end up on your phone or tablet. That's just golden.
