I understand that the track was "shaved" of sorts to take out some bumps, but there is a hell of a bump coming out of 18! It looks like the guys are able to ride through it, but how was that sucker missed!?

The battle for 5th was OK.
Worked out ok for Dovi in the standings. Lorenzo put in another shocker behind Rabat and Jack.
Marc really is an alien. When he was so far ahead I hoped he would low side.
All of the bike brands are close, why is he so dominant? The commentators talk about riders using up their tires. MM continues to put in fast laps, no mention of tires.
I believe his mental and physical condition is light years ahead of his competitors. Rossi had it, now it belongs to MM.
True, he has the Rossi Edge of the past. Riding style aside, I honestly think VR hates him because he is a genuine threat to his legacy.

I think he's the hardest guy on the grid, or at least as hard as anyone and riding hurt way more.

The race was a snoozer, much like several years ago.
I was expecting AI to throw it down at any moment.
Pedrosa has been riding hurt for the better part of his career. Poor guy will be in some bad shape as he gets older.
Where was Dovi in terms of the championship last year after the first 3 races? Personally, I think MM has the potential to win almost every race this year now that Honda delivered likely the best package on the grid, but maybe Dovi can pull out some wins here and there.
Dovi was 8 points behind MM one year ago.
Miller was riding with a cracked collarbone and injured shoulder due to a mountain bike accident in training.
