Lorenzo's new-found speed will vanish.
There will be tire problems due to the new asphalt.
Track more coarse or smooth in texture? Grip Vs tyre wear?
GOAT tops FP1 on soft tyres with Dovi 2nd and JL 3rd on hard tyres.

MM with his knee and elbow on the deck while the front pumps and wiggles.
I'm sure JLo will love that sort of bike next year.

Later parts of FP3 and FP4 definitely worth watching, as well as both Q.
Don't mess with The Monkey.

It was a remarkable coincidence. [laugh]

I watched qualy, and the end of FP4. Markyies save was relatively ridiculous.
I guess I have to go watch FP3. :P
That's a relatively straightforward maneuver on a dirtbike, saving a folded front with your foot propping it up at 30 mph.
Knee and elbow, slicks, stubby clipons and 4x that fast..... nutty.
That's got to be what concerns the grid the most, MM routinely saving that sort of thing.
^^^^^ That and the ‘fact’ they all know he’ll use them as a berm. ;)

Lorenzo of old.

JL reminded everyone what he can do when he is comfortable on the bike. If he did this from the first race Marky would have had some competition.
While his competitors trip each other up Marky just rides around, over, under and through the bikes weaknesses.
Who would have ever thought Rossi would become the steady podium guy!
MV seems to hate a full tank of gas.
I feel sorry for Dovi as his high hopes for this year on the basis of last years performance are completely ruined. He said he doesn't like the change in tyre construction although the compounds are the same. I'm guessing a stiffer carcass after last years issues?
You gotta give the man his due. Great race for Jorge.
I'm really not a fan of Lorenzo. When you realize how Marquez has been dominating the races it is nice for to see someone else start winning. With all of that talent in the top ten, there are only three or four consistent winners. Go Jorge.
