Unfortunately for us here in the US, we will miss it :(
Mars will be visible and won’t be this close again till 2035.
Got a good view of both this morning over two hours. Mars is doing a close fly-by while the moon has swung way out on its orbit looking so far away. Longest lunar eclipse I've seen (or ever will again).
Glad you caught it. Yeah, a bunch of us will be taking dirt naps next time. :D
Time to listen to Pink Floyd right now. "Wasting away the moments that make up the dull day...." [laugh]

Great stuff that still speaks strongly today, (folk shouldn't listen to it if they suffer clinical depression or are off their meds) ;)
I remember way back, sitting in a darkened room in the middle of four very hi quality speakers drinking bourbon with me mates.. 8)
If you’d been listening to it with headphones watching that eclipse, you quite possibly might have burst into flames. ðŸ"¥
