Title: GiMoto suits
Post by: Cider on July 23, 2008, 08:55:11 PM
I noticed that OnCycles has some good deals on GiMoto suits, but they are closeouts--no returns allowed.  I wondered if anybody has one of these suits?  The sizes seem kind of funky, and I'm trying to figure out if any of them will fit me.  The sizes that seem right for my upper body have enormous waist and hip measurements, and if I go by weight suggestions they aren't even close.  The suits with measurements in my ballpark are recommended for something like 140-160lbs (I'm 180).

Nope, no responses.  I emailed OnCycles to get some more information and to ask if there was any flexibility in their return policy for closeout items, but they never responded either.

Well Cider, the Australian guy was very responsive and the internet site is great - so many measurements, they definely build to order and the amount of customisation is amazing!

now if I could just get everyone from the board to give me $5 for the engagement ring I just bought  ;)

I'd buy one tomorrow - kangaroo leather too 0- good animal the roo!

Well hello, ancient thread.

The price dropped so far (MSRP $1700, sale price around $600), I finally took a chance and bought one of these suits.  I got lucky and it fits great.  A very nice suit for the money.
