It will take a little over an hour to get there.

What a great, and I mean great ride out to the family reunion. Let me set the stage (or the roads), Weather was a beautiful mid 70's. sun is shinning, not a cloud in the sky, The fog has lifted and the LYD is gassed up and ready to ride. I took only back roads to get there and the roads were awesome, smooth as ever, twisties and hills the whole way there, following rivers on one side then cross over and then the other side. Man was it soooooo sweeeet! When I go there Cory's family was super nice and for everyones information his family picks on him just as our family does. [laugh] So that is why he feels so at home with us. When I got there all cory could say is I wish I had the bike to go ride, so I gave him the LYD to go for a ride. Man the roads up here are so nice, and the weather... PERFECT!!! All in all it was a good day, I took some pics and so did cory, I will post them when I get a chance. You guys missed a great route and a great day!!

Wow, sounds like a great ride and a great time with Cory's family. Wished I could have been there for the ride... and to help pick on Cory!! [laugh] But think of everything that you are missing. Yesterday it was 105, today will be 103-104, the rest of the week will be 100 or better everyday... oh, oh, oh... almost forgot, it's never gonna rain again either. Did I mention that it's hot? And just for fun my electric bill went up $100 over last month's bill with very little extra kilowatt useage. Sorry, but I am going to have to turn off the computer now to save power... AC over lights, TV and computers. Thanks for the 70 degree post! Keep sending those... maybe that will keep it under 100! :P
You guys would have loved the ride! Over the hills, and through the woods I went. And man was it nice, green and cool. I even wore all my leathers and never overheated once! Okay lets set up a trip next year to the reunion!! Start planning now, Everyone can stay with Mindy and I, plenty of space and a 4 car garage for all the bikes!! Everone has 1 year to plan this trip!!
