Saw that :D Jack's got his post racing career sorted with "Jacks Towing".
MotoGP posted it on their Instagram and Jack responded giving them shit for not showing him doing something similar for Aleix in Aragon.

Congratulations to MM for the win and championship! He dominated this year. He has finished no less than second in all races except Austin. Consistent and ruthless. He didn’t even let Fabio have this one.
Nice job Rook, but Marc owns your soul right now. These two are gonna have some epic battles over the next several years. My boy bringing up the rear, and the Dovi riding around 10+sec back. Jack Jack Jack!
MM a cut above. When the other Honda riders struggled he won or podiumed. Haven't seen a rider bend a bike to his will like that since Rossi in his prime. Ruthless dominance.
After race footage showed 1/4 devastated.
Jack fought back to 14th. What a disaster.
I keep wondering if MM will switch manufacturers to show he can win on other bikes as riders have done in the past. It seams Honda has developed a bike that only he can ride at this point, similar to what happened to Ducati with Stoner.
Hopefully Quateraro will not have problems adapting to other bikes like Zarco did, it does not seem like a factory Yamaha ride will open up in the next few years & he is showing that he should be on a factory bike.
I heard the commentators say that based on 1/4's performance, Yamaha would supply upgrades to 1/4's bike to bring it more in line with the factory bikes. While great news that his performance has been rewarded part of me wonders if that's a good idea. If his team can assess and filter the upgrades it could really help him but if the upgrades can't be managed they might unbalance the package that has served him so well.
MM, like Stoner, would likely be able to win on just about any bike. The Yamaha boys have shown that they should stick to that bike if they expect to win anything. Dovi doesn’t get enough credit for being able to win on multiple bikes as well. He’s no MM, but he’s no slouch.

That's a possibility, but he's on the bike that Rossi and Mav hated, and outperforming them. I think his mindset is upgrades are good whether they work, or not.
The fastest part of a motorcycle is the 6 inches between the riders ears.
Amazing how they hated it and he's kicking their arses. Interesting how 1/4 is fast throughout the race while Rossi fades and Mav takes a few laps to get going.
Yamaha should give Fabio that 500rpm's they're holding back & let him beat MM the rest of the year.

MM doesn't need to change to any other manufacturer. The title of GOAT is subjective. Who is he going to win over? Rossi fans? That's never going to happen. In the 2-stroke era this might have been the case, it was important for Stoner, Rossi and JLo. MM is being showered by the deepest pocket in MotoGP. I would never leave them as long as they're producing a bike I could win on. MM is to Honda as Rossi is to Yamaha, and MM will learn from other's mistakes.
Fabio will get a full spec bike next year. I believe he's also going to be smart and learn from Zarco's disaster. He's young and probably realizes that he's being groomed to be Rossi's eventual replacement. Rossi has not been very competitive the past couple of years. The offseason will probably tell him if he's up for another few years of mediocre results while watching Fabio become the new golden boy. If not, then I can see Yamaha making the huge mistake of replacing MV.

I saw an interview with Marquez where he stated he had no intentions of leaving Honda.
Thinks change, for sure, but as long as they give him a bike he can win on, and pay him handsomely...why take a side-wards move?
Regarding 1/4's bike, anyone know what the other potential upgrades could be?

Honda’s bike is crap, but that’s to his advantage. He needs his teammate at a disadvantage as well. I think this is why he liked the idea of JLo. He knew he wouldn’t be able to ride it. If Ducati would have extended JLo’s contract, MM would have needed to deal with both Ducatis

The motgp announcers said Jarvis stated next year he would get an A spec bike like Morbidelli.
He didn't say what the upgrades were, or if the bike would receive upgrades during the season.

So it's the old chassis package that he has? If so it's the fish John West Rejected as Nate said. Maybe it didn't feel as good to the riders but was quicker. Geez the engineers might have been right for once! :o

It's last years bike with upgraded engine management. According to Zeelenberg, they didn't do it sooner due to engine limitations. Now that they know where they sit wrt to numbers of good engines it's safe to spin it faster.
I, personally, think that's just the company line, and they were holding off due to the factory boys being so noncompetitive.
Interesting, so we'll learn a lot once 1/4 is on the A bike and I'm sure everyone will be watching to see what happens.

+1 they do themselves no favors when the rookie beats the factory boys regularly.
Dood...you're scaring me. [laugh]
Interestingly, Zarco was doing the same thing last year.
Humans are creatures of habit. The riders get used to a certain 'feel', and some don't seem able to adapt.
Zarco, and Quatararo, had no preconceptions of what it was 'supposed' to be like. They just used their talent to go as fast as possible. Same with Oliviera on the KTM. He was outperforming Zarco at most races.
Zarco became one that couldn't adapt.

Yep, read this morning they'd given it to him. Also said he was on his 4th of 5 engines now.
The celebrations upon winning championships has gotten quite inane. Used to be they'd just hand the guy a flag with the #1 on it and let him take a few laps. The pool table thing was just stupid. I thought he was going to hit his head on the lamp a few times. I guess that's the way it has gotten with all big sports spectacles nowadays. The Superbowl is probably the biggest example of this nonsense. Used to be they'd hang a little extra bunting in the stands, have a local high school band play during halftime and play the damn game. Sorry, old and cranky here.
