So, the last Thursday is upon us once again, but this time we have something interesting going on that night as well...
Long Way Down, the second trans-continental adventure of Charlie and Ewan, is showing at the Daly City 20 Theaters, at 7:30pm. [popcorn] [popcorn] http://www.longwaydown.com/
Anyone interested in gathering up a small group and heading over to see it? We could meet @ the Duck Cave, and then it's about 10 minutes to the theater. [thumbsup]
Or, if it's easier to just meet there...Daly City 20, 1901 JUNIPERO SERRA BLVD. DALY CITY, CA 94015
After the show, it's on to ZG for the usual routine... [drink] [beer] [drink] [beer] [laugh] [laugh]
Hoping to be back that night from the OC, so I won't exactly be up for going out. But I may be able to make Zeitgeist!
in for the bar part

You apparently have not been to Mexico. A culinary mecca it is not.*
*Perhaps in Mexico City or other regions, the food and bev is fab-oo-lous, but in the "sticks" where I was watery cerveza and everything slathered in lime juice and hot sauce is the norm. I will tell you the story of my ham and cheese sandwich that came with salsa today. Si. I said...SALSA.

I've been to Mexico City, and it's a veritable culinary paradise compared to Kandahar, Afghanistan. I've eaten more boiled goats than I care to admit to! [puke]
ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ -- I can spare a couple hours...

You guys suck...I just dealt with travel delays, incompetent cab drivers, the Mormon Church, and a Prius and I still made it...came straight from the airport ;D
Movie was good. Seems like more will be shown in the TV series.

sorry for the somewhat inane/impertinent question, but is that the big army/nee-civilian vehicle you are referring to, or the act of showing you care to someone special? [roll]
