Thinking of swapping front end from an S4RS and throwing it on an S2R 800. Anyone know what mates up and what doesn't? Main concern, will my wheel work and tripples? Thanks guys!

should be a direct bolt on [thumbsup]
That being said look at the rotors and make sure they did not use 999 parts. if they are the same bolt pattern I bet it will be a simple swap.
you have the brakes too?

I have a the calipers off the s4rs. I am hoping the 320 rotors currently on my bike will work, i had previously done the gsxr front swap with tokiko calipers. Thanks for the response ; )

IIRC, S4Rs is 5-bolt rotors with the different offset.
