Hey guys/gals just crossing my fingers hoping one of you have one of these in your garage. I'm looking for a working fuel injected non-leaking tank (Mines a 2003) that hopefully is all dented up that you're willing to let me borrow or purchase. I just need it for this weekend as I can't get mine fixed by then.
Thanks for any help you guys can give me.

Maybe Duqette's? It's a 2001, so it might work.
I have one... it even has all the guts in it.
I am out of town, but my old lady can get it for you.
Thanks dude... I'll let you know tomorrow if I'm going to get it. My leak is currently getting "fixed" and in the morning I'll see if the "fix" is dry and the tank isn't leaking.
Just some updates for everyone:

So new steering head bearings, new triple clamps, and new 'strada handle bars. I'm going to have to pass on putting the Ohlins rear in just cause I don't have a long enough allen right now to reach the bottom bolt.
Now I've got to get my tank on, new chain, change the oil and finish installing the rearsets and I should be ready to fire her up tomorrow night.

Well since I'm a crackhead, I got up early for work, installed the tank and shift linkage (so I could get it in neutral) and tested her out. Fired right up once I put the choke on :D
Couple more things and I'm pretty sure I'm good to go for this weekend [moto] I'll see tonight if the tank is leaking again though.
If you go pick up the tank, I have a allen socket that works on the rear shock bolt and a long extension. you can just run through it and try to find it.
where are you taking the beast on it's maiden voyage?

Reno-Fernley Raceway this weekend. After that it will be debuted at Sears Point for the AFM weekend. [moto]
Well tank didn't appear to be leaking so I guess I'll proceed with my own tank, thanks for the offers guys.
My rearset installation failed. I was unaware that it required longer rear hydraulic line and since cycle cat is now out of business find that information was difficult. Since I bought mine used I didn't get the installation kit which included the longer hydraulic line, oh well. Back to factory for the time being.
New chain installed though. So tomorrow, new oil and remove the rearsets and re-install the factory units and probably bleed my brakes. Good times.
you are going to have to be careful TCK. if you get all your bikes fixed you'll have nothing to do. plus with so many choices you'll never be able to figure out which one to ride, you'll be standing there in you gear looking all confused. ;D
Head lamps are for sucka's! TCK! is no sucka'foo yo!
