My bike has been in pieces the last couple of years and now the only thing between it being on the road is trying to figure out what the 2 "nipples" that are near the fuel filter are used for. Its been so long that I just cant remember what attaches to them.
Any Help???

A 2000 should be injected....
inside the tank or underneath?
A 2000 what? 900 will be injected, anything smaller than a 900 will be carb'd and they two have different tanks.
If you are referring to the two nipples on the under side of the fuel tank near the fuel pump, they are for the emmissions crap.
I'm just guessing here but I would think you had already removed the canister so just connect vacuum tubes to each one and let it hang down and vent on the side of the bike.
When I did the emmissions removal on my bike I used a "T" connector to merge them into one and then ran it down the side of the bike.
