Anybody know where I can get this handlebar set up for my S2R. I know the bar risers are from Gen Mar, but where can I get that shape handlebar from? I looked at the Rizoma website but they only show 2 handle bars that are not like the one in the picture below. I have some neck pain issues so I can't have those nice looking low handlebars.

Those look like the Monster City bars.
+1 and those can only be found of m900 citys. Why dont you get custom ones bent for you. Maybe you can get it covered under medical insurance (if you have any)
You think that would be covered under insurance? Will my stock wiring be long enough for those handlebars? I went to the Renthal website and was interested in the road handlebars but they had no pictures of them. I'll give them a call and see what they say. But I am definitely at least getting some handlebar risers. Thanks.
Ventura bars are similar. Made in Australia but I believe they'll ship.

Thing is the Ventura bar for the Monster has too much of a sweep or pullback which I think kills the look of the bike. They don't have pictures of there bars so it makes it difficult. Plus I don't want a chrome finish and all their bars are chrome. Maybe I'll just get a set of risers and call it even. Where can I get a custom handlebar from anyways?
(SORRY I SHOULD HAVE POSTED THIS UNDER ACCESS&MODS)

I googled Ventura bars, and got a hit on JC Whitney. I bought a pair of "Daytona" bars that look very similar. I figured for twenty bucks, WTF. I also got a similar bend "European". Now that I have them in my hot little hand, it looks like the Daytona is the closest to the one you're after. Like I said in the PM, I'll know more after I can get out in the garage and take the other ones (OEM) off.
btw, don't waste your time looking for City Bars, dealers can't get them and no one wants to sell the ones they have...I wish I could get a hold of some and send them someplace that MAKES bars. But I digress.
JC Whitney, Daytona, $20.
fwiw, they have a bikemaster label and a TuckerRocky price tag on them.

The "Daytona" bar I got appears to be identical to the OEM bar, with 1/2' to 1 1/2' more rise. (Like I said, I can't tell for sure until I get the other ones off the bike) Same width, same pullback, more rise.
OTOH, the "European" bar is a touch wider, but more sweep and not quite as much rise.
One of the things that complicate matters is that is seems that no two manufactures describe the bend with the same vocabulary.
Here's a link to the JC Whitney page:

Thanks, for the info. My only problem is that I really don't want chrome. I will follow the wonderful advice of Jeff from Monsterparts.com who told me go to the local bike shop and look at the tapered bars for kids dirt bikes or quads.
If I didn't find what I want then I'll probably go with the bars you recommended (thanks for the link). For that price you can't be too picky. I was going to get bar risers but then I realized I can't get a top mount damper so we'll see what happens. In the mean time I will be trying to get my dang clutch cover off. Feel free to PM and let me know how it goes for you.
Try some of the Renthal street bars. I can't find the dimensions now, but just got the low and medium street bars from ridenow.com. The medium were just right: maybe 1 - 1 1/2 inch additional rise and a bit more pullback than stock M620. Low was lower (duh) and had more pullback. Heavy aluminum (14 mm ID), no vibration, nice blasted aluminum finish.
I've looked at Renthal before, admittedly mostly MX stuff, but never found anything I'm after. I don't think I've ever looked a kids bikes bars specifically, but the "Tapers" don't look like they'd fit our trees. I have an Ohlins triple mounted steering damper, which is why i'm trying to do it all with bars, no risers.
Another specific thing I'm after is less "rake" or pullback, I believe you called it. Riding a bike with your arm/wrist/ and hands at weird angles is a recipe for pain, especially at my age. I have a book (by Lee Parks, IIRC) that says you should sit on your bike, close your eyes and reach for the bars. According to him, where your hand end up, in your mind's eye, is the optimal placement for your bars, for you. My issue generally is that most bars are raked too far back. My "comfort zone" is a bar that's almost perpendicular to the bike's centerline. The further away from that, the most angle my wrists are, which in turn gets uncomfortable quickly.
So bottom line, I'm after a bar with enough rise and width that my hands end up in the proper place without a bend in my wrists. I also must qualify that I'm after a retro "Scrambler" look, not a cafe racer, so your requirement might be different.
And IIRC, a couple of the JC Whitney bars are available in black. But regardless, it's easy enough to have them blasted and powedercoated black. Especially when you're starting with a $20 bar. Just make sure the coater knows the important of the circumference of the bar where the controls mount. If they get the coating on too thick, you may have issues with a sticky throttle or a poor fit on the switch gear.
Finally found Renthal street bar dimensions, on page 346 of Western Power Sports catalog

I was trying to accomplish exactly what you are: get wrists in neutral position and take stress off my back. Problem is, what works for me might not for you. Best of luck.
Better dimension chart for Renthal:
http://www.renthal.com/File/apps1.asp?tabtype=5&productid=0&appid=ROAD&zone=&biketype=&manufacturer=&model=&bikedate= (http://www.renthal.com/File/apps1.asp?tabtype=5&productid=0&appid=ROAD&zone=&biketype=&manufacturer=&model=&bikedate=)
It seems like those charts are both accurate. The main issue for me is: How much does the back-sweep (measurement "E") of the Medium Renthal bar exceed that of the OEM bar.

When you say "a bit more pullback" can you be more precise? Perhaps you can throw up some pics of the Renthal w/ the OEM bar for comparison.
I have a upperbody-back problem and have fitted bar-risers which half fixed the position that i wanted. The next route that i took was to remove the bar-risers and install a pair of rizoma handle bars, bingo the position was perfect on my S4RS. So my advice is to go the rizoma route
The Rizomas have too much pull-back or back sweep for my taste. Bar risers are out of the question because I want a top mount damper.
