[coffee] Anyone know how to reduce clutch lever effort on an 02 M620ie mine seems really stiff (hand cramps up in traffic) has wet clutch, clutch is stock case never off. Hydralics good fluid clean. Maybe a different lever; or different clutch springs.
Any thoughts?

You can put an after market slave on, Evo and Yoyodyne both claim to reduce lever effort by about 20-30%, but some have had problems finding neutral because of reduced travel. You can also usually remove 2 springs from opposite sides of the PP with no problems.
Safe the money of a new slave & just pull 2 springs.
I've owned this same model & found that some adjustable levers make a big difference in hand fatigue. I installed the CRG roll-a-click, clicked 'em down to 1 or two, and it essentially cured the feeling of the heavy clutch pull. I think just getting the 'friction zone' closer to the grip is what makes the difference. The CRG's are a little pricey, but utmost quality!

There are also more affordable adjustable levers out there:
