Local (about an hour away) dealer is having their annual open house rally this weekend so I decided to chek out their inventory to see if there was anything worth making the trip to check out...
Judging by this list there COULD be one or two...

Holly crapola. That is some list of classic bikes. I could use a couple to go with my new old Triumph but my stable is out of room [bang].
Who knew? I sold my '68-69 Norton Fastback for around $750.00 in 1971-2. :'( :'(

Not to make you feel any worse, but that Norton would be worth about 1000% more today [roll].
Wow, that's quite a list of very nice old bikes.

Yea, I know. [bang] Do you think I ought to hold onto the 999 for another 30 years or so? [laugh]
I'd never buy any of them (I worked on BSAs Triumphs and Nortons for a year and half) but at least the prices are realistic.
yes please!
we'll call it payback for the trip out here last year ;)
yeah, baxter is a very established, VERY respected restorer of old british bikes....
also sells NOS and repro parts as well, but his forte is full restorations....
ive got a 1969 triumph bonneville and a 1971 triumph tr6c trophy,
very familiar with the shop....
:)
some beauties in there... stopped at the first page so I would not get tempted... some great opportunities in there
Where is the drooling emoticon?
Those are really cool. Id love to have an old classic bike to fool with. There was just a really sweet 74 or so Ducati that just sold on Ebay.
