Did some searches and didnt find what I needed. Let me try to explain problem.
Noticed the "sweet" spot when letting the clutch out that is seems to be closer to the end of the lever. Then I notice some difficulty in shifting into gears 2-5. First is no problem. This just started the last day or 2. Bike is a 620 with 11k on the clock. Mix of city and highway driving.
Any help would be great. I'm sure my description isn't the best, so let me know.

DO you mean the friction point is now with the lever further from the bar, or closer. CHeck you fluid level, bleed it just to make sure you're good. Pull the sprocket cover and see if you have any signs of fresh leaking from the slave. Just for yucks, check that your shift lever is tight on the shaft.
Thanks Dan, yes I mean the friction point is futher out on the lever. (meaning I barely pull it in to hit that point) I bled the line, so I'll check to see if any is leaking behind the slave. Thanks.
Erik
Have you recently made any adjustments to your lever?
