looks good. [thumbsup]
That the stock lamp?
Looks great! I still have to get used to the windshield...very nice!
I does look alot better then the stock bike., & they dont look to bad ( IMO) But, I would paint or anodize alot of parts black. Exhaust guards Foot peg mounts.
OH,, & u have to remove that sticker off your frame :)
Whats next on your list ?
Keyhole is in the center of the bottom now?
does it do anything for the under seat "storage"?
Looks so much better. Thanks for the pics! [thumbsup]
Very nice!
Definitely on my "to do" list [thumbsup]
I will say that the tail chop makest the 696 look a little more Monsterish but the front light and windscreen are ridiculous.
That being said, nice lookin A4 back there.
the only thing is that it's partially visible, having that sucker in black would be wicked.
Looks good! [thumbsup]
Tell your neighbor to fertilize his lawn.
That is the stock tail light. Yeah, I have yet to get around to peeling off the stickers. Next up I want to get some smaller front and rear turn signals, maybe some clip ons ( after someone finally found some with a riser on them that might work) and maybe paint/powdercoat some stuff black. I would also like to tint the front windshield, but dont know if it is possible since it is plastic?
The keyhole is on the bottom, but unfortunately, doesn't really add anymore storage space. I am thinking about rattle canning the aluminum pieces the tailchop came with to black. I was just so anxious to get it on when I got it to see how it looked, that I will have to take it off now.
Thanks for all the comments! [moto]

I was less worried about it giving us more room under the seat than it taking away the little space there is.
I definitely dig the chop. [bacon] [bacon] [bacon]
Thanks for the pics...I just ordered mine last night....can't wait....I've got several parts I want painted black. Is it worth finding someone semi professional to paint such small parts, or should I just go after it with some spray paint? Those two brackets that are holding my nice CF exhaust to the bike annoy me to no end...they need to be black.

Where does this connect?...The Headlight fairing? It looks a lot bigger than the stock plexy on the original.
thanks for the pics! after seeing your thread today i ordered a kit right away. monsterparts.com should thank you. :)
I like it a lot! DP is going to lose some sales as this one is available.

after all, who in their right mind would pay twice the price for plastic/euro-plate holders?
we just need these in black. (i know i'm not a painter)

rattle can is gonna fix mine for me.
i like it. where did you get the bar end mirrors from?
Very nice and clean 696,i knew the chop will transform that monster somehow.Nice job!
That looks the goods, a chop always makes a Monster look better and the 696 has so much plastic at the rear.
I am a fan of the new style and this just shows it off even better.
Just remember if you're going to spray (rattle can) bits yourself give them a coat of etching primer first it will help your black paint stick.
cheers
Matty...
Keep the mods coming on those 696's I love seeing what you are all doing.
Awesome!!!!!!! [thumbsup]
