I am guessing that this is normanl, but I found a little round disk under my bike today. The best that I can tell is that it came from the cooling fins on the head. Will these all eventually fall out? I suspect that they will do to the heating and cooling.

Probably, over time.  They came from the cooling fins and are there to quiet the engine.  Don't worry about it, the only problem you may have is your bike might get a ticket for littering.
