So while I've not felt any problems save for rough idle on my S2R 1K upon removing the plugs this morning, and they've been HAWT!!!

The whole lean-run enchalada, threads are golden from the heat treatment, insulators are recessed.  While pondering what exactly it would mean for me to drop a grand getting this thing computerred and mapped, I remembered being told by two different people some off thing about the O2 sensor and how to bypass and lose a little of the nappy idle and lean running.

I'm now officially listening!  Does anybody here know what this thing is and where to source it?  Some kinda O2 bypass?  Maybe a plug with a resistor in it?  What's the werd peeps?  Does this bike have low gear lean programming?

if you have an 06 S2R1k then you can just unplug your O2 and see how it runs. Might run better.

If you have 07+ then your engine light will be on.

If you have an 07+ bike and do not want the light, and unplugging in the O2 doesnt work, then use the o2 resistor gadget.

go to accessories and mods and look for the o2 thread. Im assuming you read that thread since your talking about the resistor.
