Hand Shakes? (like... shaking, not the greeting)

I have a friend that says I shake like a smack junkie lookin for his next fix. It's annoying sometimes but it's always been there.
If this is something new and recurrs a few times for no reason. Other than those stated above, I would look for an MD too.

I always keep a Clif bar with me.  If I ever start to feel that way, I just eat one of those and I've bought myself a couple hours.

My brothers and I all have the shakes.  It's a neurological thing (apparently genetic for us).  We just know we won't be brain surgeons.  Never hurts to get it checked by the Dr.  You might be hypoglycemic (sp?) and need to keep your blood sugar level up.

I've got that issue and have to keep food with me. Actually passed out a couple times in school when they wouldn't let me eat a snack. Bastards.
