Why do roaches always die on their back?

That because the survivors flip them over to steal their sneakers and wallets.

hahahaha. Luckly no one got hurt. he does sound like the type to be at .17 and not be too mentally imparied if he managed to run back and somehow grab his car. Defintely not in the right state of mind though.
