DVD Reccomendations

I am reading the standard books mentioned in other threads to try to prepare for my first shot at a track day in the spring.  Does anyone know of a DVD they would recommend?  I'm getting sick of reading, and really think actually seeing some of the techniques may be helpfull.     Thanks.
