I've sent these guys three emails requesting some material swatches so I can decide on my saddle upholstery, and have yet to even receive a response, after 2 months of trying. The Sargent seat is too high, and i don't like the DP gel seat, so this is my only real choice. Anyone have a contact at Corbin that i can speak with personally or something? Is this customer service (or lack there of) typical of them? OR anyone looking to sell a Corbin saddle for an S2R800 (2006)??

You're not the first. I've read similar complaints from others. Sorry, I don't have any contact info for you. Good luck.

hey corey,
I am having a horrible time with corbin they have my saddle coming up on a month after i sent it back for corrections. they just started working on it and its going to be at least 3 more weeks. The contact that was helping me is no longer working for them. Forget about E-mails they do not respond at all. do not want to sound sexist but every time i call and get a girl in customer service she is clueless to be honest the guys arent much help either. after you spend $480 with them do not expect better service. I would not recommend corbin do to their customer service unless it it your only choice.
If this helps at all i got the carbon fibre high gloss for my saddle and it is not a grippy material at all which allows you to throw your ass around real easy some might consider it to easy (slip factor). I hear what your saying but imagine my pain?!?!?!?!
Favorite convo i read on this board
"PICS OR IT DIDNT HAPPEN"
"F**K U IT HAPPENED"

Suzuki Blvd M109R " Sliver " = assassinated by cager
PW 696 " Pearl " = traded in
M1100 " Loki " = Viking God of mischief ( Goddess in this case )

I have a Corbin on my Paso and had picked up another one for the other Paso Project, but it was solid yellow. I really didn't care for the yellow, so I was thinking of getting it recovered. I contacted them about recovering it, and they told me that to recover it and then have it shipped back to me was within $50 of just buying a NEW seat. If was un-f'in believable! I could have gotten it recovered, locally, for more than $200 LESS than what they wanted. Instead of getting it recovered, I sold it to a guy in Australia......I bought a second ST2 that came with a Corbin....I sold that seat, too.  ;D
