Hey DFW! hope everything's going well!   It's been ridiculously busy for me with work (lots of hurricane ike damage in our building, so we've been in and out, moving around, helping others, etc for a while now) and I just bought a new house and that's been a hell of a job too, so I've definitely been MIA for good reason!  Just wanted to stop by and say hello!
