Has anyone fitted a -00 or newer front fender to a 90`s Monster?
Possible?
How to make brackets, guess you need such?
Looks OK, anyone got pics?

Maybe stupid question, someone ought to have done it already if possible but I got a sweet deal on a carbon one going....

The older bike has 40mm spacing bolted directly to the fork, the newer one has 65mm spacing using a strap that goes around the forks
maybe you could make some sort of bracket to adapt one to the other...but i dont think it is going to be simple.
better to get the one made for your bike (although the older ones are getting hard to find)

Why not use the factory lower mounting point and modify a couple of the plastic bands to work on the top?

40/65mm spacing I`m aware of.

But,
got the seller to measure leg to leg, seems my fork legs are about 20mm wider apart.
Could this really be true, were there new yokes from -00?
