Any MotoGP fans in Austin?

I am and i am psyched for the season! Stoner and Hayden should give

a good run, hopes are high for Ducati this season.

Anyways, since it is tough to get the races here, i download them and watch them on my computer, it'd be fun to get together and watch the races each week, maybe at Mings or something?

These little emoticons are fun...

Anyways, that sound like something anyone else would be interested in? I may even be able to burn a CD/DVD that we could watch on the TV's there if Fei (sp?) has anyway of playing them there...maybe just hook it up to the TV via cable from a laptop? Races are on the weekends, first one is coming up this weekend, lemme know if anyone is interested!

OK..who is VTP?? What do you ride? I have met several Austin riders now and can't keep names right.

Would be great if they had a big screen showing the race but I know..not many places show the races. We used to watch in AZ. Now I just watch at home.

What time you looking at sowing it..if Mings is in?

Seems like they show the races around 11am on SPEED?

Lovejoys on 6th and Trinity always shows the race on a big screen. Warning: the place is dirty, smells and smoking is allowed. I'm there almost every Sunday night.

You almost make smelly, smokey, and dirty sound bad. In my mind that's still a prerequisite for a good bar.

Looks like Hayden is not going to be much of a factor this year...someone forgot to tell him traction control is not foolproof

[Threadjack On] Haven't been to The Continental Club in 10 years is it still there and shaking? Did some cool interviews there with 8 1/2 Souvenirs back in the day. I need a trip to Austin soon. Not many roads to ride up here in DFW.
